Two practices, run separately.
The trading practice sources and places physical cargo, and makes protected introductions between principals. The advisory practice counsels on structured and project finance, under its own mandates. The two practices operate independently of one another.
Commodity Origination & Trade
Under signed agency mandates, we source cargo from certified producers and place it with buyers whose capacity to perform has been established in advance. We are active across the energy, metals, agricultural, and fertilizer markets, on ICC-governed contract terms throughout.
The mandate determines whom we represent, and that representation holds from first enquiry to final delivery, on either side of the trade. Where a transaction turns on access, we introduce principals to one another under the same protections, recording each introduction in writing before a name is disclosed.
Structured Finance Advisory
A separate practice within the group advises on structured finance, project finance, and credit enhancement. It is engaged under its own mandates and operates independently of the trading desk.
Enquiries on advisory matters are handled apart from trading business, under the same standards of documentation and confidentiality, and by different principals.

Mandate & NCNDA
The engagement is put in writing before any disclosure is made. Nothing is shared on the basis of a verbal understanding.
Verification
Funds, supply, and the standing of each party are confirmed and recorded before an introduction proceeds.
Introduction
Principals are brought together under the protection of the mandate, with each party's role and limits already established.
Settlement
Cargo and funds settle; our confidentiality obligations continue beyond closing, for as long as the underlying agreement requires.
